Key Role:
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze software programs for computer-based systems. Perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Design and develop compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Advise hardware design engineers on machine characteristics that affect software systems, including storage capacity, processing speed, and input and output requirements. Provide inputs for documentation of new or existing programs, as required.
Basic
Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with systems engineering and design
-Experience with requirements analysis, systems analysis, testing, and system configuration
-Experience with programming languages, including C , C#, Java, or .Net
-Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with DoD or Military Health
-Experience with ITIL or Agile frameworks
