The Onboarding Manager/Instructional Designer, Sales Enablement role will support new employee on-boarding, orientation and learning aimed at accelerating new employee productivity with a focus on our sales teams for sales enablement/sales effectivness. The Onboarding Manager will partner with managers to develop tailored learning solutions that are measurable and promote job specific skills growth that are aligned with business unit/shared services strategies. S/he will collaborate and work closely with the HCM team and business leaders throughout the organization to identify functional training needs that are connected to and aligned with business imperatives on a global basis. The Onboarding Manager will design individualized and functional specific training plans that leverage our proprietary training content across all of the Providence Corporate Development busineses.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organizations to cultivate a culture of performance excellence through relevant and application based learning solutions
Demonstrate a deep understanding of each respective company's/region's culture, operations, business strategies and work requirements
Create standard onboarding plans for companies, divisions and functions across all Providence Corporate Development business units globally
Tailor and customize onboarding plans for individuals joining the organization, in collaboration with the hiring manager and other business unit stakeholders
Communicate the individualized training plan, process and timeline to the new hire and support the timely completion of learning activities
Develop and deploy training modules, leveraging technologies such as webinars, asynchronous modules, live training sessions and reference materials
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key organizational business policy and project initiatives, industry trends, best practices for internal training, and technology evolutions that are relevant
Minimum BS/BA degree with 3-5 years of hands-on relevant experience in onboarding, training/facilitation and instructional design and development.
Proven experience working on the simultaneous creation of multiple project plans from inception to completion, including content development, execution of assigned programs and projects, effective and efficient utilization of internal and external resources, while managing to an agreed budget
Instructional design and facilitation of training programs to an internationally dispersed employee base
Demonstrated experience working independently, leading and directing project teams, supervising, coaching and developing staff
Demonstrated experience translating priorities and strategies into learning solutions, including leading project teams in the creation and implementation of those solutions
Proven ability to provide on-site support at training events
Effective leader who can demonstrate experience building and leading cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and flexible delivery of high quality training solutions
Demonstrated proficiency in HR generalist functions, including employee relations and performance management essential.
Strong professional impact, presence and presentation skills required.
Ability to understand, market, articulate and influence performance improvement cultures and the benefit of learning and development and its impact on organizational strategies and missions.
Proven track record of innovation, leadership and creativity.
Ability to lead and complete projects with little supervision.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
