Supply Chain Manager based in Arlington, VA, to identify efficiencies and scaling opportunities across its team's operations spread across 7 countries.
The Sr.
Supply chain manager will own developing an overview of our team's operations and implementing best practices to drive efficiencies in our processes.
You will partner with operations leads to consolidate efforts where relevant.
You will also own the team's monthly review to update leadership on our team's performance against defined deliverables and discuss the output and challenges of mechanisms launched to manage these activities at scale.
You will be the single threaded leader who partners with our compliance teams to ensure that we operate within the guardrails outlined and also identify opportunities to leverage tech or outsourcing solutions to drive efficiencies in our processes.
Key job responsibilitiesThe Sr.
Supply Chain Manager will draw from their strong subject matter expertise on Supply Chain / Business operations and enable Special Projects team deliver more with less.
The role's' key responsibilities are:
o Ownership of org level business operations, compliance requirements, and reporting calendar, and presenting a monthly business review to leadership.
o Coordinating with internal teams to manage businesses at scale through processes and constantly identifying opportunities to improve them further.
o Conducting value stream mapping and implementing projects to drive business efficiencies.
o Develop methods to gather supply chain data, analyze the data, and suggest process improvements.
o Facilitate the implementation of SOPs for standardization and optimal efficiencies for the supply chain operations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
