Senior Corporate Counsel, AWS Infra Legal
Job summaryAmazon's Legal Department is looking for a senior lawyer to support the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Networking team.
This attorney will work directly with the business teams, helping with strategic planning, advising on regulatory requirements, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements for networking and telecommunications services, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries, managing outside counsel support, and generally providing day-to-day advice to business partners.
This attorney will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for and implementing process improvements.
The person in this role will also interact with our broader Legal, Public Policy, Public Relations, Accounting, Finance, and Tax teams.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
