In this role, you will work directly with the business teams on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters, and counsel product teams on enabling innovative payment products and financial services.
This role requires consistent high judgment in corresponding with banks and financial institutions, and regulators.
The successful candidate will be a fast learner who is detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, be able to work independently, and is comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.
Preferred location for the role is Seattle, New York City, Arlington, VA, Los Angeles or SF Bay Area.
Key job responsibilitiesAdvise the business on regulatory and compliance matters, structure, draft and negotiate commercial agreements related to domestic and international payment products, and provide ongoing legal counseling on a wide range of matters.
