oWorks with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirementsoParticipates and leads key meetings with clients including requirement gathering sessions, user acceptance testing, and end user trainingoDevelops user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clientsoWorks collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client's business requirements and fulfill user storiesoComplete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologiesoCollaborate with developers to unit test and verify that solutions meet the requested business requirementsoCreates demo and training material for new and existing application usersoCreate Use cases, Requirement Document, Requirement traceability matrix (RTM), Impact Analysis, Workflows, Test case etcoProven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentoStrong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skillsRequired Degree:
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related IT disciplineAllowable Substitution:
Additional ten (10) years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree Preferred Certifications:
oCertified Scrum Master oSalesforce Certified Administrator oSalesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Required
Experience:
