F-35 Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Provide System Engineering Mission Planning Enterprise (MPE) Cyber Project Management Support to our F-35 Integrated Product Team (IPT) customerEssential Job Functions:
Expert knowledge of multiple types of MPE Cyber threat data and understanding of how it applies to on-board and off-board system requirements, data formats, providers, sourcesLiaison across JPO and LM IPTs to track and execute the updates to MPE software; Perform technical reviews and serves as Technical Liaison on all MPE issues for ECPs to ensure they support the customer requirementsProvide program management with periodic status reporting, risk assessments, and alternative solutionsProvide detailed briefings to the JCRB and JCCB to receive approval for change requests; Execute OTCTD reviews for the approval of hardware and software retrofits to be fleet releasedParticipate in the validation and verification of software retrofits before fleet release; Create and provide the on-going management of the configuration management planResponsibilities in this area extend to designing the way that configuration item information is controlledDesign and seek agreement on the scope of the entire configuration management processes; Define the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process; Manage any new requirements or changes to the processPromote the Service Management vision to top-level/senior management; Ensure that all relevant staff has the required technical and business understanding, knowledge and training in the process, and are aware of their role in the processInterface with other processes and/or business functions to ensure they are able to leverage the benefits provided by the Configuration Management processProvide technical reviews for presentations before MPE IPT concurrence is given; Identify opportunities and submit proposals for improvement with respect to, staff, training, process, procedures and work instructions; Provide Engineering Support to MPE items listed on the Deficiency ReportsRequired Skills:

SCitizenship is requiredMaster's degree with 6
years of relevant experience is requiredA Bachelor degree with 8
