Senior Test Associate, Device OS

DOSTA org provides testing support for Amazon Device Operating Systems.
Primary objective DOSTA org is to provide manual and automation test support.
Over 10 Device OS components will have an extension in HQ2, the incumbent will act as a point of contact (technical) for these components.
Key job responsibilities1.
Follow SOP/ predefined test cases and execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds on multiple platform2.
Raise defects for all failures observed and track doubts related to the execution of test instructions through pre-defined mechanisms3.
Responsible for security and maintenance of the company assets, accessories and devices allocated to perform daily operations4.
Understand testing procedures, guidelines and policies for new devices and apply the same in day-to-day work.

Use software tools for validation, analysis and data capture daily 6.
Capture and communicate test results, escalate failures.
Deep Dive on defects identify rootcuase etc.

Audit test execution results and issues raised by the team to ensure compliance with defined guidelines, provide feedback as applicable.

Create SOPs based on existing test methods and processes with little assistance.
9.
Provide floor support for DA I queries and are able to unblock them when needed10.
Contribute to weekly quality review discussions, highlighting issues and potential risks.
11.
Identify improvements that help project key metrics such as productivity, defect leakage, quality in work assignments, errors, mismatches etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
