o Define critical requirements and performance expectations of an organization to help build and sustain an effective and efficient management organization, with appropriate internal processes and performance metrics, an organizational strategy, and workforce initiatives capable of supporting the CISA and CSD mission.
o Lead a team responsible for building capacity with public and private partners to enhance CISA's mission through management and oversight of programs and projects and routinely interface with other Federal Departments and Agencies, to ensure proper collaboration and coordination to drive CISA's mission and help enhance the nation's cyber risk posture.
