Business Financial Analyst with Security Clearance

Provide Program, Planning, Budget and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle management to a PM and various stakeholders.
The key role will be supporting the Business Financial Manager (BFM) in budget development, financial execution, and analysis of research and development projects across a range of academia, industry, international partners, and laboratories.
Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide briefings to executive level leadership as well as work with task leads, various analysts, and program managers.
Ability to review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding Congressional appropriations to assess impacts on planned or current projects.
Must have an understanding of government requirements, policies, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines with experience providing deliverables to Federal clients.
Must be proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel.
REQUIRED:
o Bachelor's degree required and minimum 10 years budget/program support, or Master's degree +5 years of relevant experience.
o Must be a U.
S.
Citizen.
DESIRED:
o Knowledge of the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS)o Accounting, Finance, or Business degree preferred.
o Prior experience in an R&D setting Hybrid environment - some positions require on site work full-time, others only require weekly in-person office time and the rest working from home with daily check-ins and video/telephone meetings.
