The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) supports a number of offices within both the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment and the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security.
In support of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy Global Investment and Economic Security Office, SPA has an immediate need for a Business Operations Correspondence Manager.
This role is onsite at the Pentagon and Mark Center in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will provide program support in the areas of CFIUS correspondence, decision package preparation and review, and policy and DoD Issuances review; provide GIES leadership with critical support by preparing, integrating changes and coordinating executive review of key CFIUS and other documents.
In addition, the candidate will coordinate correspondence utilizing DoD's senior leadership review process, review and edit CFIUS and GIES correspondence to ensure logical flow, consistent use of terms and compliance with the usage of standards for the style, format, and appearance per the DoD Manual for Written Material (DoDM 5110.
04); track staff and senior level coordination actions through the FIR Business Operations tracker; and maintain DoD's files of all CFIUS cases, and deliver DoD approved recommendations to CFIUS.
This position requires a candidate with flexibility to accommodate DoD Senior Leadership schedules.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college 4
years of program administration or correspondence management (or similar) experience Experience managing correspondence for FO/GO/SES staffs Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the CFIUS process Experience with CATMS Understanding of OSD correspondence processes Recommended Skills Administration Communication Leadership Top Secret (Ts Clearance) Scheduling Sensitive Compartmented Information (Sci Clearance) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
