Description ACT1 Federal is seeking an individual experienced in military aviation operations and logistics to serve as an F-35 Logistics Capability Delivery (LCD) Operations Analyst in the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Arlington (Crystal City), VAAs an LCD Operations Analyst, you will assist the F-35 JPO LCD team in the management, coordination, planning, contracting, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking of significant facility/site activation events and deliverables required to get the F-35 operational for various countries and units around the world- Assist the LCD team in developing and maintaining all sustainment plans and site execution events - Development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule to track site activation events as a part of the F-35 Introduction to Service planning activities - Scheduling and de-conflicting events, real-time assignment of traveling team composition, ensuring sufficient funding, monitoring event execution, and ensuring after-action activity completion - Managing obligation, expenditures, and routine reconciliation of team funds - Managing, cataloguing, and building Document Manager (DM) files to support future data management and data gathering activities Requirements Minimum
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (An additional four (4) years of directly related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree) - Minimum of six (6) years of experience in military aviation operations or logistics fields - Demonstrated experience within military aviation operations, procurement, budget, or logistics environments - Possess knowledge of military aviation life cycle logistics infrastructure and processes - Familiar with Microsoft Office Program Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project) - Secret Clearance Desired:
- Functional knowledge of project management methodologies - Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition and systems engineering required to plan, organize, and manage critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment - Knowledge of defense contracting - Master's degree or higher in systems management or a related technical field (can be substituted for two years of experience) - Level I DAWIA certification or equivalent Recommended Skills Aviation Catalogues Data Management Financial Management Infrastructure Management Integrated Master Plan (Imp) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
