Responsibilities Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and selling of our company's services to Government customers - in conjunction with sales leadershipo Qualify inbound and outbound leadso Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate our company's value propositiono Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, create quotes and new customer accounts, coordinate with partnerso Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce and to sales leadershipo Submit accurate and timely activity reports as requiredo Conduct online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technicalo Understanding of the Government procurement processo Identify and develop new business through channel partnerso Provide market feedback to include customer priorities and needso Create and mainatain marketing and presentation materialso Maintain our internal libarary of project data and past performance for us as marketing and RFP responseso Attend face-to-face meetings with all customers at least every other weeko Analyze & position company & respond to RFPs that showcase our qualification sand past performanceo 3-5 years of Government Inside sales experienceo Demonstrable record of sales success against quotao Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)o Strong interpersonal skillso Previous experience working at a Government value-added reseller or distributoro Proficiency with CRM toolso Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, Power Point, Excel, etc)o Identify potential opportunities, arrange meetings, initiating sales momentum, build proposals, and closing saleso Identify, establish and build relationships with organizations that will assist in the sales of Base One's serviceso Refine and progress the capture plan strategieso Attend Business Development meetings (kickoff, status, approval etc.
)o Work alongside executive leadership to identify, refine, and execute our DOD and Federal growth strategieso Achieve yearly sales targets and build opportunity pipelines for out yearso Develop and execute effective business development/sales call plans for meetings with target agencies and program managerso Develop industry relationships and represent our company at industry eventso Develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including other business development and capture team members, client executives, proposal managers, and program management teams to ensure effective, efficient, and integrated implementation of capture strategieso Meet or exceed established performance goals in support of overall corporate growth and new business sales successo Experience establishing and growing relationships via software channelo Proven track record in selling as an individual, growing revenue, developing and selling solutions, and executing strategic campaignso Experience building and maintaining high-level relationships and demonstrated ability to prospect and close new customers Required Skills:
