o Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related fieldo Seven years of relevant work experience, particularly in the areas of finance, accounting, or budget analysiso Strong analytic skills, critical thinking, and computer skills including experience with data base management and the ability to quickly learn databases used in Navy financial planning/trackingo Must be able to work independently to investigate and resolve issues, develop and recommend a course of action, and present recommendations to executive decision makerso Active SECRET Clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Qualifications:
o Experience with PBIS (Program Budget Information System) and the Intelligent Workbook (IW)o Basic understanding/familiarity of Global Force Management processo Experience with DoD POM cycle Recommended Skills Analytical Assessments Business Management Cost Benefit Analysis Critical Thinking Curiosity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
