Summary Telephone/Voice Systems Trainer (Arlington, VA) All Native Group is seeking a Voice Instructor II in Arlington, VAYou will have the opportunity to be part of an elite Training Team providing technical instruction to the governmentThis is a full time position with a comprehensive benefits packagePosition Description and Requirements As integral part of our team, the Voice Systems Trainer will provide stand-up classroom training in to train Information Management Specialists (IMS), Information Management Technical Specialists (IMTS), locally engaged staff (LES), Diplomatic Security (DS) and employees from other U.
SGovernment agencies on a variety of telephone/voice and data networking systems and related equipmentREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE:
Successful candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience and working knowledge of voice systems engineering, standard installation practices, operations and maintenance proceduresExperience delivering classroom instruction in an adult environment is a mustInstructors must be dynamic while on podiumaInfrastructure - Background and working knowledge of voice and data systems engineering, standard installation, operation and maintenance procedures are requiredbUnderstanding of telephony and networking terminology, and industry standardsMust have the ability to explain and communicate these items to a novice levelcExperience in teaching voice and/or data networkingdProgramming and maintaining Avaya family of switches including CS1000E Call ServerVendor Certification is desiredeProgramming and maintaining voice mail systems such as Call Pilot, or Cisco Unity ConnectionfProgramming and maintaining advanced Avaya, Call Pilot, or Cisco Unity ConnectiongCreation and/or delivery of online digital contentClearance required Candidates must be clearable at the Secret LevelInterim secret clearance required to start workingGeneral Duties for all levels of Voice Trainers:
aTeach courses as assignedAlso be responsible for the classroom, which includes setting up computers, virtual labs, and instruction materialIn addition, prepare student evaluations to include performance and learning deficienciesConduct student counseling and recommend corrective action to ensure acceptable student performancebMust have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to present state of the art training concepts and methodologies using Department of State delivery technology to students within the Department and other government agenciescMust have experience as an instructor in adult-oriented, technical training environment and comprehensive knowledge of training methods and behavior sciences associated with adult education instructiondSpecial Projects as required, to include but not limited to, attending special seminars and training, to gather information for exercise and curriculum development and presentationseMust have ability to consult with customers, analyze requirements, and develop, revise, and/or adapt instruction materials to meet the functional needs of Department of State employeesfUpdate curriculums and courseware for courses as required to meet industry and DOS standardsgDesign and participate in workshops, seminars, and review sessionshAssist in the development and revision of industry standard trainingThis may involve, among other issues, choosing the most appropriate COTS course materialiDesign classroom seminars and workshops to meet the needs of specialized users as neededjProvide one-on-one tutoring and review sessions from time-to-time to augment classroom and online trainingLocation of position Arlington, VACandidate must be able to travel overseas for a period of up to 2 weeks (potential frequency:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
