ObjectiveResponsiveTrustedThe Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division (JOID) within SPA provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international marketsJOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issuesThe Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) within JOID provides analytical, technical, and program support to promote, grow, and protect the U.SDefense Industrial BaseISAG's support spans the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Commerce, and other agencies to deliver critical decision support to national security leadersOur team informs policy decisions, enables execution of comprehensive strategies, and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of implementationThis enables senior leaders to execute strategies for developing and sustaining a robust industrial base that meets our nation's strategic resource objectivesFrom policy to practice, we are a team of economic and national security professionals providing innovative solutions for our Nation's most pressing security challengesWe have an immediate need for an Industry Outreach Specialist to provide onsite support either at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA or the Mark Center in Alexandria, VAResponsibilities The Industry Outreach Specialist will support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (ASD(IBP)) to ensure a healthy Defense Industrial Base is able to meet Warfighter needsThe Industry Outreach Specialist will help advance Department of Defense objectives with key industry partnersIn this role, you will plan and execute ASD(IBP) outreach and dialogue with industrial base, Departmental, and Interagency partners to improve collaboration, communication, and security of supply for materials critical to national defenseQualifications Required:
o Bachelor's degree in a related fieldo Active Secret clearanceo 5
years of experience supporting senior DoD leadership; understanding of the Office of the Secretary of Defense and how the Defense Industrial Base supports the Warfightero 3
years of experience conducting outreach, engagement, or strategic communication activities involving industry, academia, think tanks, or partnerso Experience researching complex policy topics on short notice and developing read-aheads and talking points for senior leaders Desired:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
