Job Description:
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platformConfiguring and customizing ServiceNow modulesCreating and managing workflows, reports, and dashboardsCollaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.Providing technical support and troubleshooting issuesManaging user access and permissionsPerforming upgrades and patches to the ServiceNow platform Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field3
years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practicesExperience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
