What is the role? We have a full-time, front-desk and office assistant position at our corporate headquarters in Arlington, VA that will allow the right candidate to contribute to the company in many vital ways, including making a great first impression on our clients and visitors; providing stellar, deeply valued internal customer service to coworkers and senior management; helping to maintain our fantastic office space to high standards; assisting with fun company events; and contributing to the energetic, collaborative culture of our organization.
We are seeking a dependable, outgoing, professional, organized individual who demonstrates initiative to fill this role.
This position requires the individual to work in-person at our Arlington headquarters (Monday - Friday, 8:
30 AM - 4:
30 PM).
What qualifications are required? Enthusiastic and friendly personality Dependability and punctuality Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong sense of internal and external customer service Strong multitasking abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (e.

, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Professional office or customer-service experience preferred; at least one year work experience required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 40 pounds What are the salary and benefits? $25/hour Medical, vision, and dental coverage (majority of costs covered by IntraFi) Paid parking 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off, sick leave, and 11 paid holidays Eligible for bonus after first full year of employment Ongoing training and development.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
