We're on a journey to build something new! Our team is building a new Automotive discovery and shopping product that connects customers with their new vehicle of choice.
We're developing new customer experiences and seller tools to support the entire vehicle discovery journey.
We are seeking a Training and Communications Program Manager to sit within our Seller Experience Team to be responsible for owning and executing content strategy for our external dealer partners.
This multi-faceted role requires the ability to work backwards from ambiguous requirements and determine the best approach to deliver results utilizing new and existing tools.
This role will work directly with key stakeholders including sellers, account managers, product teams, and senior leadership to create content that gives sellers the tools they need to be successful.
A successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, a collaborative working style and a passion for driving meaningful industry change.
Key job responsibilities1.
Strategic Planning:
Own the seller training & communications roadmaps including investigating trade offs between internal and external training team staffing models.

Training & Coaching:
Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions with sellers as needed.
Spend time onsite with sellers to understand their needs and how to effectively drive change.
Develop onsite training plan.
3.
Content Strategy & Development:
Develop a new educational curriculum that ensures sellers are able to successfully onboard to our program, use our tools, and meet our customer experience standards.
Manage content platforms and libraries.
4.
Seller Communications:
Create a strategy to produce compelling and effective content including (but not limited to) email newsletters, videos, and digital broadcasts.
Pair training and communications to inform and drive change.
5.
Seller Roles & Certifications:
Own the Amazon Advisor training certification and measurement.
Lead special training, events, communications, and experiences to encourage excitement and retention of this group.
6.
Continuous Improvement:
Leverage data to monitor success and dealer engagement.
Create new content and mechanisms to improve seller behavior based on gaps, and tool effectiveness.
This role requires business travel up to 30% A day in the lifeThis role will play a critical part in ensuring sellers are educated and informed to provide an excellent customer experience.
This program manager will balance urgent business needs with building long term scalable solutions.
In a day they may be editing and writing a communication about a new feature release, approving a training module, and meeting with external vendors to investigate potential 3P training solutions.
They will proactively partner internally to anticipate future training/comms needs while monitoring and reporting on current content success to senior leadership.
They will establish long term platforms to house and manage content effectively.
About the teamWe are a newly formed team with a vision to create innovative discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon, providing customers better convenience and more selection.
We're collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of how customers research and shop for products in the complex automotive space.
This role is part of the Vehicle Sales team.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
