SECURITY SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Dutieso Senior Criminal Indexing Policy Advisor:
Plans, reviews, evaluates, directs, manages, coordinates, and develops criminal indexing policy for AF/A4SAdvises the Chief, DAF-CJIC and Director of Security Forces on all aspects of criminal indexing policy.
o Senior Indexing Training Program Manager:
Plans, reviews, evaluates, directs, manages, coordinates, and develops criminal indexing training for AF/A4SServes as the top education advisor on criminal indexing training development, execution, and management for the Chief, DAF-CJIC and the Director of Security Forces.
o Represents DAF criminal indexing equities to DoD, other Services, Federal and State agencies, Non Government Organizations, and legal authorities.
o Prepares and presents high-level briefings of conclusions based on data compilation and intrinsic knowledge of law enforcement operations under varying degrees of physical security and integrated defense potentialRequirements Conditions of Employmento U.

Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-12 or above grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service which includes applying a mastery of knowledge of a wide range of security specialization with demonstrated mastery of security administration programsComprehensive knowledge of special access program security disciplines and application in wide range of security program relationships; evaluate multi-discipline risks to classified National Security information and apply appropriate levels of protection; evaluation, direction, and guidance for security programs; computer security, information, physical, personnel, and industrial securityFEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:

o Expert knowledge of a wide range of law enforcement concepts, principles, and practices to review, independently analyze, and resolve difficult and complex law enforcement problems.
o Expert knowledge of applicable Federal, DoD, and DAF rules, regulations, instructions, practices, principles, and procedures regarding all facets of criminal titling and indexing of personnel and related case managementKnowledge of operational activities, policies, and procedures of DoD and DAF law enforcement agencies.
o Knowledge of professional human learning theory and performance improvement concepts, principles, practices, standards, methods, techniques, materials, and equipment to effectively apply advanced education theories, principles, and concepts to project design, development, execution, and advisory services.
o Knowledge of professional instructional systems design principles, techniques, practices, and procedures as they pertain to sustainment, modification, logistics, and training system production management principles, concepts, and policies and of standard acquisition regulations, practices, and procedures.
o Skill to devise professional evaluation criteria, parameters, characteristics, and interrelationships for design approaches, and to assess the impact of new technology on current training systems and processes and measure the effectiveness of program techniques.
o Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers, management, contractors, academia, and other agenciesAbility to direct contractors and government/military in the development of policy and execution of trainingPART-TIME OR UNPAID
