Contracts Specialist (Hybrid) with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Contracts Specialist.
This position is supporting a large DOD program in Ballston, VA, and requires at least a Secret clearance.

Arlington, VA (Hybrid:
1 day onsite)
Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a vital role in the Department of Defense Research & Development (FAR Part 35) contracts administration process.
Your tasks will include:
o Skillfully preparing and administering terms and conditions for contracts that contribute to our national security objectives.
o Collaborating in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs, and evaluating pricing strategies.
o Crafting contract modifications with precision and proficiency.
o Conducting in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
o Meticulously preparing and maintaining essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.
Qualifications:
o At least 6 years administering government contracts.
o Proficiency in utilizing Procurement Desktop-Defense technologies (PD2).
o Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, law, or a related field, providing a well-rounded foundation for success.
o A Secret Security Clearance, enabling you to contribute effectively to projects of national significance.
Compensation:
o Annual salary:
$140,000 to $160,000, depending on experience o Full
