Intelligence Research Specialist with Security Clearance
Mayvin is seeking an Intelligence Research Specialist (IRS) to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS)-Witness Security Division (WSD)The IRS will conduct research and collect information, screen all source intelligence reporting, conduct further queries, and access and summarize evaluated and previously unevaluated informationThe individual will analyze this information as to the potential threat it poses to protected persons or property, develop the source intelligence into actionable intelligence, prepare reports, and provide the information to senior leaders for further dissemination as appropriateMust be a U.
SCitizenMust have an active Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities:
o Review, consolidate, analyze, and evaluate mission-related information and reportso Prepare basic descriptive, current reportorial, and/or speculative intelligence reportso Conduct research projects and brief agency personnel on the purpose and progress of projectso Conduct other research and liaison functions with intelligence professionals as directedo Prepare and conduct briefings and presentations as required for various audienceso Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goalso Ability to learn and utilize law enforcement and public databaseso Ability to travel within the continental United States in connection with USMS duties
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degreeo An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibilityo One to two (1-2) years of relevant work experience in law enforcement or intelligenceo Must be willing to travel when neededo Must be willing to conduct shift work as neededo Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Preferred
