GLAAS Helpdesk Support
CTG is currently recruiting for a GLAAS Helpdesk Support Technician for a Fortune 100 client whose customer needs work done in Arlington VA. This is a short term W2 contract position.
Location: Arlington, VA
Duration: Two month W2 contract 8/7/17 to 10/1/17
Clearance: ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Job Description:
This position will require (1) Participating in status meetings (2) receiving, recording, tracking, resolving and reporting GLAAS service desk issues (3) completing documentation (4) interacting with the client to clarify, analyze and resolve service desk issues, and (5) the ability to analyze and document processes. Note that this position is for Surge support and will be needed from 8/7/17 - 10/1/17.
Required Skill and
Experience:
2 years' of Technical Help Desk support
2 years' experience with Compusearch PRISM
Flexibility
Customer Service Oriented
Ability to Multi-Task and prioritize
Excellent written documentation skills
Ability to creatively problem solve
Excellent analytical and assessment skills
Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team
Regular on-call support (24x7)
Regular shift work
ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Desired Skills:
1 years' experience with USAID GLAAS application
1 years' SQL experience
