A' The Role!As Director of Operations Engineering, is to lead the Ops Services team to produce quality tools and systems that are easy to grasp to all Restaurants (ZK and CAVA).
A' A' You will lead all operational systems (food and labor management), implementation of all company initiatives, testing and gathering feedback from Operations and work closely with the Learning and Development team to deliver quality training to Team Members.
Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety, training and development, risk mitigation, analyzing P&L statements, labor management, inventory management, and facilities (minimum of three years leadership)Excellent leadership and people development skills A cents EUR A proven track record of the ability to lead and develop a teamProcess/Project management skills experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently with tight deadlinesAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsStrong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and data manipulationExperience with writing, editing and proofing documentsAbility to lead communications to all levels in the organization (Team Members to Executive team) through writing, video, PowerPointA passion for food and peopleAbility to travel 30% of the timeA' Is innovative A cents EUR always finding new and creative ways to improve.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
