Job Description We are seeking a Grill Cook / Sandwich Maker to join our dedicated team to work in our new 24/7 location inside the Pentagon! You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our brand new kitchen Working Overnight Weekends 6:

30 AM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Nights Possibility to move into Full Time as business increases MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Responsibilities:
Prepare all served food Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions Follow standard recipes and special diet orders Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications:
