Sr. Capture Manager at Aegis Technologies in Arlington, VA
Responsibilities Position will report to the VP, Corporate Capture Position will be responsible for ensuring Capture processes are implemented, capture plans created and executed, and resources assigned to win strategic opportunities identified by the Business Development team Furthermore, institutionalizing processes such as win strategies, shaping techniques, conducting capture and proposal readiness reviews to ensure teams are following and executing Capture Plans. Qualifications Successful Candidate has strong growth record in DoD and Intel Markets. Minimum 7-10 years direct experience in DOD and Cyber/Intel captures and strong proposal development background a plus. Candidates should have completed a BS/BA degree at a 4 year college/university. Technical degree is preferred but not required. Candidate must posses a TS/SCI (CI Poly) minimum and demonstrate the ability to be cleared to a FSP if required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
