The Shopper Marketing Manager will report to the CPG, Performance Marketing Director and is responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of in-store retail marketing strategies, tactics, and programs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Develop strategy and execute regional/national in-store retail programs Write clearly articulated creative briefs based on program goals & objectives Plan and oversee execution of dealer loader items, hard and soft POS, wearables, and swag Management of in-store tactics & brand compliance Develop and execute custom retail projects Collaborate with Performance/Social/Influencer Marketing, Sales Directors, Field Sales, Operations teams to ensure Shopper Marketing programs are tracking and performing as planned Develop and conduct in-store merchandising training programs with sales teams Manage support materials for retailers and distributors (videos, booklets, toolkits, presentations etc.) Work with sales, develop and execute sales incentive programs Manage and track in-store retail marketing budget Evaluate program efficacy and provide recommendation for optimization Complete strategic and detailed analysis on the marketplace and competitive programs, and pertinent in-market trends across the category POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

years, CPG Brand, Integrated Marketing, Shopper Marketing and/or Field marketing Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education/experience will be considered) Knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry, retail channels and account specific marketing (in store displays, POS/POP at retail) Knowledge of the retail landscape; National Accounts (FDM Channel), Club, Regional Accounts, Natural, Independent, and more Shopper marketing including omni, digital, instore, promotional tactics, process flow, execution, and fulfillment processes - and how they work together Experience working across instore marketing activations Proficiency working with Microsoft Office products Strong analytical mindset focused on testing and measuring impact of initiatives and program
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
