The Personnel Policy Action Officer will provide consulting, management and analytical support specifically related to logistics, supply chain management, maintenance policy and acquisition.
The work will be performed at a Department of Defense (DoD) client site in the Pentagon (Arlington, VA).
Responsibilities Tracks and reports on personnel and force readiness issues impacted by or stemming from COVID-19 and the Whole of Government response.
Assists in assessing impact of the Department's response efforts and mitigation measures on personnel and readiness.
Coordinates staff manning actions and related requirements with cognizant staff and stakeholders within the CVTF and USD(P).
Coordinates with other CVTF LOEs and DoD offices to ensure the Department's COVID-19 efforts are informed and synchronized with emerging personnel policy and initiatives.
Assists in RFI tracking and responses, while assisting other CVTF Branches on RFI responses as needed.
Qualifications Undergraduate degree required.

years' experience in DoD policy, personnel, and force readiness operations.
Prior military or DoD civilian/contractor experience (preferred).
Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies.
Experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
Good quantitative and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to use MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Superior communication skills, both oral and written (required).
High energy, enthusiasm, tact, ability to effectively interact with senior executives from Government and industry as well as Pentagon staff members.
Ability to create and foster a cooperative work environment.
Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.
Availability for occasional travel.
Active Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
