This position requires a Secret Clearance.

ResponsibilitiesThe Requirement Management Analyst, Mid will provide subject matter expertise in DoD, supporting a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).
Assist in managing finacial oblligations of the program.
Assist in reviewing budget and life cysle cost in relationship to requirements.
Assist AV PMO in managing requirements of off-aircraft F-35 SE necessary for daily flight operations, Below-the-Neck F-35 PFE, F-35 AME, and initial spares to support production aircraft and fielding of new component.
Assist OCSO in managing the Pre-PoR F-35 Air System Requirements and in creating, maintaining, and promulgating a comprehensive Roadmap to inform the PMOs of risks and opportunities for the F-35 Program.
Assist OCSO in developing the F-35 Flight Plan which provides an integrated strategy and costs/budget for F-35 capabilities focusing on Participant's future requirements over the next five to ten years.
Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for the PoR.
Assist OCSO in maturing and recommending for funding approval all new F-35 requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
Associate degree with additional years of experience can substitute for Bachelor's.
At least six (6) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
Demonstrated knowledge of Service and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life- cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series) Demonstrated experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for domestic and international military aircraft programs.
Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, and equipment Knowledge of the FAR for the development of contracts and contract modifications required for the acquisition of logistics supportability products.
Secret Clearance Required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
