Position Summary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Understand industry standard fabrication methods, materials, and production techniques to provide expert recommendations Manage print proofing process to ensure quality standards are met i.e. reviewing and approving material samples, digital proofs, and physical or pre-production proofs Work with department leaders to understand project needs e.g. project mandatories, budgets, and timelines Manage production timelines to meet required deadlines, regularly communicating status to project owners, stakeholders, and creative team Manage inventory of printed materials (point of sale, wearables, swag, etc) on team store sites Identify and develop efficiencies within project life cycles Drive and own weekly vendor and business owner project status meetings Communicate estimates clearly to project owners for budget approval Facilitate business reviews with current primary vendors, manage contracts, vet new external vendors, and oversee addendums as needed Collaborate with operations/manufacturing team on product packaging needs and updates Manage and attend press checks for quality control (content, color, decoration, material) Ensure brand standards are implemented and consistent across multiple print platforms Code and review vendor invoices to ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Print Technology, Project Management, Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, or related field 7
years print production & vendor management experience Experience working with vendors in a retail environment is preferred Experience with a CPG brand is preferred Experience collaborating with creative teams and designers Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills and communication for fostering and maintaining business relationships Detail and solution-orientated problem solver Bias toward action and a strong sense of urgency Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is preferred Experience with project management software is preferred Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Requisition ID:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
