We provide Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in Arlington, VA. For sixty years, DARPA has held to a singular and enduring mission:
to make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security. We are seeking a Technical / Programmatic SETA Duties will include but are not limited to:
Candidate needs at least 10-15 years of experience with real world (IC and DOD) remote sensing with an emphasis on EO and IR, spectral, and SAR Candidate needs at least 10-15 years of developing, testing, and validating remote sensing algorithms working with real world systems (IC and DOD) Candidate needs to provided customer-site scientific expertise in remote sensing, hyperspectral and EO/IR analysis and exploitation Candidate must have extensive fieldwork, data analysis and exploitation, algorithm development, signature collection and evaluation, development, analysis, and exploitation of HSI and other EO/IR techniques Candidate should be familiar with DARPA technical, programmatic, and contractual environment Qualifications REQUIRED:
Active TS/SCI clearance highly preferred, but an active Top Secret with ability to obtain a TS/SCI will be considered. DESIRED
Experience:
Experience with programs related to national defense Familiarity with ongoing industry research and related literature in technical fields Ability to prepare and present technical and/or financial information for diverse audiences Ability to work in both the quantitative and qualitative arenas, including independent data analysis Experience with plans, budgets, and schedules for projects in various phases of development M.S. or Ph.D. desired
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
