Sr. Business Systems Analyst
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead a team of Analysts and facilitate requirements gathering sessions to propose design solutions, implementation and configuration best practices as required. Working in an environment driven by Microsoft technology, analyze business systems needs working with various levels of end-users, including senior level officials while applying Agile principles. This work will be performed in Crystal City, VA. Participate in testing and evaluations of new IT technologies for inclusion into current infrastructure. Develop project plans to structure complex initiatives such as the fielding of a new capability or software. Present project plans to the IAM at deadlines determined by the IAM in order to support the Agency's Configuration Management Program. Support smart modernization and sound enhancement efforts of AOC applications for a variety of organizational functions and processes. Develop logical/physical designs to ensure that business application systems can be effectively engineered and implemented to meet actual business needs. Create all Secure SDLC required documentation, including but not limited to:
Project Charter, Project Scope, Business Requirement Document, Use Case, Functional Requirement Document, Project Schedule, Test Case, Test Plan, Test Script, and User Guide. Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and technical documentation for all installed systems. Create and maintain documentation to support the installation, testing, and daily operation of the AOC enclaves in accordance with Federal and DoD regulations and guidelines to include but not limited to FISMA, NIST, DISA, and USCYBERCOM publications. Devlop documents for briefings and presentations. Conduct presentations and/or briefings on security operations and technology to internal entities and other designated parties. Basic
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's a degree in and a minimum of 10 years of related business systems analysis experience; An active Top Secret security clearance; A CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of start date is required. Preferred
Qualifications:
BS Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline; or equivalent work experience.
