Digital Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Optimization Specialist who excels at interpreting customer behavior and intent to optimize the digital customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience Transformation, this key role on the Experience Marketing team to drive significant business growth by contributing to and executing on SEO, personalization, and testing strategies. Primary Responsibilities Developing and executing a data-driven test and learn approach to optimizing key global digital customer experiences along a buyer journey. Managing the testing process by creating a hypothesis, designing, implementing, and analyzing tests to create actionable insights for digital experience leads, content creators, demand experience and personalization leads. Creating a SEO insights engine, centralizing data from various tools to advise content strategy Building tracking and measurement strategies to ensure proper evaluation across data and audiences with pre-defined key performance indicators (KPI). Creating relevant performance dashboards to communicate results. Who You Are 3-5 years experience in data analytics 3-5 years experience with visualization tools (Adobe Analytics, DOMO, Tableau) Effective and compelling data storyteller An innovative thinker and problem-solver, with a passion to continually improve and adapt to new market trends and technologies Ability to collect and analyze both internal and external data sources and then synthesize, and interpret possible trends into actionable plans to inform strategy Experience forecasting, reporting, and delivering business results Excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple roles and levels within a large organization Advanced knowledge of Excel, enterprise analytics and SEO industry tools Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, or data analytics Nice to Have Deep understanding of data architecture, user behaviors and interactions to develop a holistic approach to inform optimization of site design, content and improve sales channel experiences. Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Experience analytic and SEO tools (SEMRush, Google Search Console, ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Hubspot) PMP Certification As Juniper is a US Federal Contractor, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required for all U.S. employees. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
