The Manager, Growth Analytics GPC plays a crucial role responsible for overseeing and preparing our Care Center financial modeling for existing Privia Medical Group (PMG) clients. This position will interface directly with Privia's physician practices (our clients). The models prepared will baseline our clients' businesses, and enable Privia stakeholders and practices to make business decisions that drive results and facilitate growth of the company. Primary Job Duties:
Oversee aggregation and analysis of Privia Medical Group's practices historical financial and revenue cycle performance for incoming physician practices as part of the Group Practice Certification (GPC) Own monthly fee calculations across multiple markets, communicating directly with practices, finance, and market leadership. Mentor, coach and review the work prepared by junior associates, offshore team, and interns. Project manage GPCs and ad-hoc analyses through bi-weekly sprint planning. Work directly with performance management team to develop compelling presentations to articulate partnership value to existing groups Conduct moderately complex analyses from the data warehouse, including claims, EHR, and PM data to help stakeholders answer data related questions Assist in developing and refining models to meet changing understanding of our markets and the broader industry as well as enhance the quality of work product and throughput of analysis Foster relationships and cross-functional support between the finance, sales, analytics, implementation and payer teams Present to a wide range of audiences, including physicians, executives, and others on relevant healthcare topics as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Finance or Accounting focus preferred 3
years' experience in audit, consulting or a healthcare quantitative field People and project management experience strongly preferred. Basic level of proficiency in SQL preferred Excel modeling experience required Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:
