Overview of the Role:
We're seeking a Director, Operations Analytics to join our team, enabling physician leaders to make data driven decisions on business, financial, and operational opportunities. This person will be responsible for developing ad hoc and scalable analyses, reports, models, and presentations for independent owners of Privia Medical Group primary care, pediatric, women's health, and specialty care practices. Essential Job Duties:
Lead a team of managers and analysts developing metric benchmarks, models and financial forecasts to understand historical performance and project the economic impact of recommendations to practice staffing, patient access, productivity, payer mix, clinical quality, workflow, risk adjustment, revenue cycle, etc. Consult against a range of situations from group practice expansion through capital investment and M&A activity to cash flow problems and bankruptcy Utilize structured analytical thinking to synthesize valuable insights and present findings to physician executives, market presidents, and practice consultants Propose and implement improvements to efficiency and scale of analytic products Analyze primary care practice's effectiveness executing against Privia's population health strategies under value-based contracts and alternative payment models Contribute to strategic plans to improve physician satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and practice profitability Lead analytics of Privia's patient/provider facing digital products with data sourced from Google Analytics, BigQuery, Firebase, and homegrown apps Reporting on patient satisfaction and provider online reputation management Lead marketing analytics on traffic, leads conversions including A/B testing and personalization opportunities Analytics thought leadership to drive aligned business objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, STEM or equivalent experience 5
years' experience in consulting or healthcare analytics Experience optimizing the performance of a healthcare organization, preferably an independent provider group Experience analyze financial statements and create pro-formas or other financial models Experience using SQL, Python, or R in large databases to query and cleanse data Experience analyzing medical group financial statements Ability to travel to home office or care center sites 5%-10% of the time Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Healthcare ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
