Job summaryAmazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel attorney to be based in the US to support the design and construction of our dynamic Operations facilities across North America and beyond.
This attorney supports and counsels internal business clients on the design, permitting, and construction of operations, fulfillment, and transportation facilities, including working directly with those teams to negotiate and draft design and construction contracts, develop and implement compliance and training programs, and identify opportunities for and implement process improvements.
The role includes providing day-to-day advice, resolving legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation disputes.
