We're looking for a Contracts Manager to support our growing Traffic and Marketing Tech business including initiatives like the Amazon Influencer Program.
Your responsibilities will include working with the business on user interfaces and marketing collateral; developing internal processes to track workstreams from beginning to end; coordinating with clients and outside counsel; and negotiation and documentation of a variety of third party contractual relationships, including service agreements, amendments, and NDAs.
