LocalCACI is seeking a Deputy Program Manager who has the expertise to manage the Integrated Personnel and Pay System Army - which is a large-scale development and implementation of the PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll solutions for the US Army.
You will work with and manage a large technical team to include matrixed staff including subcontractors for a major Department of Defense transformation and integration program (applications and SW include, for example, PSFT (HCM, ELM, CRM), AbInitio (ETL/ELT), Phire (CM), Kafka (streaming engine)).
In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and manage all technical aspects of the contract, to include, for example, schedule, costs, quality, software and CDRLs, services, and day-to-day customer interactions.
Your emphasis and focus will be on the technical elements of the program with support to ensure all contract objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements are completed and met on cost and schedule; and, with appropriate levels of quality.

Qualifications:
A Secret clearance is required to begin employment.

Bachelors degree or equivalent, 15
years of experience of management experience or equivalent technicalMust have a minimum of 10
years experience with developing/implementing/deploying ERP/IT systems, programs and/or softwareExperience managing large, multi-functional project teams in an ERP systems development environmentExperience managing complex tasks under tight budget and time constraintsMust possess the ability to lead, and delegate responsibility, tasks, and authorityProven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsProven experience building, and maintaining a risk register and mitigating significant program risksExperience with EVM and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Experience with Agile methodologies and technical development/delivery leveraging AgileThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Masters degree in engineering, PM, or business management; and 15 years of experience in project/program managementFamiliar with DoD Acquisition Policies (DoD 5000.
