Job summaryWe are looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support Amazon DSP.
You will partner directly with Amazon DSP's business clients to achieve operational excellence.
You will work independently as lead counsel to ensure compliance with global regulations, move strategic, high-impact deals through to completion, and vet innovative products.
You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

Key job responsibilitiesServing as lead counsel on product counseling supportLegal research on complex commercial, regulatory and privacy issuesDirectly advising business clients on strategic deals and day-to-day guidanceStructuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreementsCollaborating cross-functionally to resolve meaningful issues for the businessSome travel, domestic and international, may be required.
