Senior Project Manager

ECS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office.
ECS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a new, strategic Cyber Security Program in support of our National Security client.
The scope of the program includes a broad range of cybersecurity technical and engineering consulting services across a diverse portfolio of Cybersecurity programs.
This position is located in Ballston, VA (Arlington) with the option for routine remote work.
In this role, you will lead a team of 40
management and cyber security professionals in the delivery of dynamic management and technical consulting services.
We are seeking an energetic and accomplished Project Management professional, with experience successfully managing and expanding high impact cyber programs within a dynamic growth-oriented environment.
The role requires superior customer skills, from delivery to business development.
Your ability to develop and maintain credibility and trust and establishing yourself and the team as trusted advisors across the various customer groups will be critical to your success.
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of program start-up and program delivery, including operational management of the program team consisting of ECS employees, subcontract staff, and expert product consultants as well as the successful execution of all technical, schedule, cost, and quality performance of this program.
The Project Manager serves as the customer s primary point-of-contact for management and technical matters and is responsible for the overall quality of execution.

Job Description:
Providing management and oversight for multiple managers and individual contributors in a dynamic, matrixed team environment Working with the team and our customers to identify, document and achieve near term, longer-term and recurring task requirements, standard operating procedures and key performance indicators Establishing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and other program-level artifacts to achieve consistent and quality delivery services Ensuring compliance with all Task Order requirements (including tasks
deliverables) Coordinate resources for day-to-day task execution and delivery; identify and remove impediments and obstacles; and ensure all quality standards and processes are followed to ensure the overall scope, cost, business and technical requirements are understood, implemented and effectively executed Establishing and maintaining relationships with our customer, partners and other ECS to achieve optimal business outcomes Required Skills:
Must be a US Citizen Bachelor s Degree Must have a Top-Secret Clearance 10
years of progressive and broad Project Management experience inclusive of:
Experience successfully starting and managing high visibility, high impact Cyber Security projects Proven knowledge and experience in managing projects in support of Federal government customers Expertise in strategic planning / consulting services for a large, federal customer; experience in consulting with clients to define needs and issues, developing requirements, and analyzing findings to advise and recommend solutions to clients Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, matrixed teams to affectively achieve project outcomes in a dynamic, agile environment Managerial experience providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing staff to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Experience with risk management, issue resolution, problem solving, and customer service.
Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional certification, Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Public Administration (MPA) Superior interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Expertise working directly with executive and senior-level federal clients Proven ability to effectively manage multiple work streams, competing requirements and multiple schedules and to facilitate coordination and reconciliation between different stakeholders with the aim of delivering a comprehensive solution that exceeds expectations Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and grow business within a dynamic customer environment A demonstrated aptitude for complex problem solving, and leading teams to success.
Desired Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
