Job summaryWe are looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support Amazon's Sizmek business.
You will partner directly with Sizmek's global business clients to achieve operational excellence.
You will work independently as lead counsel to ensure compliance with global regulations, move strategic, high-impact deals through to completion, and vet innovative products.
You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily business.
Key job responsibilitiesProviding day-to-day and strategic legal guidance to business partners on new and existing products and programsLegal research on complex commercial, regulatory and privacy issuesStructuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including partner, supplier and marketing contractsAdvising on broad and diverse international legal issuesCollaborating cross-functionally to resolve meaningful issues for the business.
Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
