Senior Enterprise Architect


Job Description:
ECS needs an experienced and enthusiastic Senior-Level Architect to support the ARMY in the Arlington/Crystal City VA area! ECS plays an integral role in providing Architecture support for the Army Global Force Information Management (GFIM) Program.
We are part of the 6 pillars of the BMA, our contract is in support of the Training and Readiness (T) pillar.
The GFIM Program is responsible for planning, designing, and supporting mobilization of the Army.
The Architect/modeler will be responsible for the modeling the T Domain architecture to support portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with investment/system owners on Army Business Enterprise Architecture compliance to ensure Systems and Operational Activities are in alignment.
Support Office of Business Transformation IBF-DAP Annual Assessments for system owners.
Work closely with the Office of Business Transformation (OBT) to obtain guidelines for all compliance taskers and requests.
Establish, monitor, measure, assess and report performance metrics for investments.
Develop reports for executive reporting; and providing support for PfM process assets.
Manage system owner records in Army Portfolio Management System (APMS) and SharePoint.
Supporting the T Domain EA team with the maintenance, management, and oversight to the architecture tool (ARIS).
Synthesis of segment and solution architectures to federate into the T Domain architecture.
Compliance to OBT Methods and Conventions for architecture models housed within ARIS.
Required Skills:
Enterprise Architecture compliance to ensure Systems and Operational Activities are in alignment.

5 years Information Technology experience Strong modeling and reporting experience with ARIS Demonstrate experience with DoDAF 2.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
