Cloud Project Manager
ECS is seeking a Cloud Project Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office.
ECS is looking for a Cloud Project Manager who is passionate about building high performing teams and creating trusting customer relationships.
Strong candidates will have a desire to drive strategic initiatives that take advantage of modern approaches to technology, business delivery, and the use of data.
The Cloud Project Manager is responsible for the performance of mid-sized technical projects or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
Provides direct customer liaison and interaction on project tasks.
Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.

Develop and design implementation plans and roadmaps for cloud and multi-cloud driven cyber strategies Develop and manage strong relationships with federal technical leads to ensure continued progress on identified initiatives Leading and coaching team members through the Agile development lifecycle Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance Act as an advocate for the team and customer Resolve blockers and building consensus across multiple stakeholders and initiatives Work across multiple domains and stakeholders to drive strategies & achieve objectives Support project, initiative, reporting and overall portfolio quarterly planning processes to evolve the overall organization Required Skills:
Must be a US Citizen Must ae able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Minimum of 7 years' experience as a project manager leading small to medium size engagements Experience supporting cloud implementation architecture and design programs for federal agencies as a Project Manager Proven ability to define requirements and milestones for cloud strategy and roadmaps based on client requirements, and articulating them to delivery and technical teams for tracking and ensuring progression and viable solution delivery Experience in Cloud Service Delivery Models Experience supporting and managing Zero Trust programs related to Identity, Network, Infrastructure, etc.
Experience managing complex projects (eg projects that span multiple organization units, have high technical complexity or impact on larger programs) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Desired Skills:
Technical background in cloud implementation programs, hybrid cloud architectures, distributed system architecture, Cloud microservice implementation Experience leading multiple Agile Development Teams as Scrum Master and/or as RTE in a Scaled Environment Agile experience/knowledge of key agile techniques include SAFe, Kanban, Lean, XP and Scrum Agile Project Management Certifications such as SAFe Agile, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), etc.
