Key job responsibilitiesThis Corporate Counsel will provide legal support and serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership regarding alliances with AWS Partners and direct customers.
Key responsibilities include:
advising the business on regulatory and compliance matters, including related to lending and finance; structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to domestic and international credit products; and providing ongoing legal counseling on a wide range of matters.
The successful candidate will be a fast learner who is detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, be able to work independently, and is comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.
This role can be seated in Seattle, Washington; Washington D.
C.
Metropolitan Area; New York, New York; or Santa Monica, California.
