Due to COVID-19, this role will be 100% remote for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will relish a fast-paced team environment, working on trailblazing technology, and being an initiative-taker Provide cyber mission situational understanding, forward-thinking leadership, and critical thinking skills to the customer, vendors, and external stakeholders Assist in the development of enterprise architectures that support the integration of commercial and Federal Enclave systems Familiar with utilizing advanced techniques, capabilities, and tools to enhance DHMS defensive posture to thwart sophisticated adversarial attacks Detail and validate observational data to operations and provide technical expertise and guidance to the DHMS Cyber Defense Gov't Leads on response action and countermeasures Cultivate and maintain a trusted professional relationship with the customer through daily interactions, training, and briefings Possess solid leadership skills to advise, influence, and lead assigned cyber operations projects and development teams Support planning and execution of penetration test activities to identify potential threat vectors; risks associated with threat vectors from boundary systems and connected networks Document test procedures and results to ensure compatibility and compliance with standards Oversee Incident Response and Implement actions and countermeasures Conduct event forensics and perform cyber hunt threat analysis to create indicators of compromise Implement packet capture data analysis to determine the severity of monitored flows Categorize, prioritize, investigate, and assess cybersecurity events/alerts/incidents to identify the extent and scope of the event/alert/incident and what impact there is on the operation or systems Collect, aggregate, and analyze artifacts and evidence from all available tools, knowledge sources, and data artifacts to determine and document the who, what, when, where why and how of an intrusion, its extent, how to limit damage, and how to recover Manage tool deployment, sustainment, and cyber tool scan reporting REQUIREMENTS:
Active DoD Secret Clearance Must have one or more of the following DoD approved (IAM Level II or III) 8570 baseline certifications (CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA, CASP+, CCNP, CISA) Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE), or a related field preferred but not required Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Must have good communications skills and have experience building partnerships with teammates, customers, and other vendors Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
