High school or equivalent Job Description & Responsibilities :
The position that I am looking to fill requires a person with strong computer troubleshooting skills.
Respond to customer support requests.
Maintain professional customer service to clients.
Providing Tier I level support of Ricoh products and services, including but not limited to:
Operating system functionality Software installation and troubleshooting VoIP configuration and support E-mail configuration and support Mobile Device Management Disaster Recovery Malware/virus detection and removal Workstation and peripheral diagnostics and support Single user network access and troubleshooting Escalate customer issues through the proper channels.
Open and manage cases according to defined severities and case priorities Clearly document support issues and all steps performed in the Customer Relationship Management ticketing system.
Keep open communication on all issues until resolved or turned over to another resource.
Be held accountable for measurable objectives including average talk time, first call resolution, interactions worked among others.
Attend ongoing training sessions in core areas of the business.
Skills & Qualifications :
Microsoft Office product knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Laptop / desktop hardware support, performing hard drive replacement, memory installation, troubleshooting hardware system faults.
Setting up computer systems, monitors, docking stations, printers, scanners etc.
Familiarity with basic wireless networking setup, troubleshooting and connectivity issues Remote diagnosis and support of computer/software related problems Mobile phone support (iPhone and Android).
Email troubleshooting and general familiarity of operating the device.
Microsoft Windows 10 Support - Familiar with troubleshooting Windows OS issues, driver issues / updates.
Knowledge with the layout of the OS and ability to navigate and understand different Windows settings Apple Mac experience a plus but not necessary Audio Visual experience a plus (projectors, mixers, microphones, video streaming, editing etc) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer support skills No Covid vax.
