We have openings for full Residential Support Specialists who have, or are eligible to have, QMHP-A certification by the Board of Counseling in the state of Virginia.

Evening Shift:
Tuesday - Saturday 4pm - 12am Evening Shift:
Sunday - Thursday 4pm - 12am Part-time schedules available:
Friday & Saturday 8am - 6pm - day Friday & Saturday 2p - 12am - evening Friday & Saturday 12am - 9am - overnight Starting salary:

25/hr) Bonus - New hires will be eligible for up to $5000 in bonuses in the first year! The RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
Provides direct supervision and assists individuals in learning independent living skills Assists with developing, implementing, and monitoring residents' individual service plans Promotes and supports each individual's recovery to include psychiatric stability, increased skills, sobriety, securing more independent housing, and meaningful community engagement Collaborates with other staff members to ensure residents' needs are met Monitors and reports any maintenance, health, fire, and safety issues Learns to document residents' behavior and progress in the clinical record in accordance with DBHDS, DSS, DMAS, CARF, and Pathway Homes' standards Required
Qualifications:
QMHP-A certificate or eligible.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Intern or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Current VA Board of Nursing Medication Aide Certification.
