Program Manager, Shipping & Delivery Support Product & Tech
Our team is seeking a Program Manager to:
- Manage large, cross functional Software Development Projects that support SDS Product/Tech team- Collaborate with Engineering TPM, Functional Program Managers, OPs partners and other cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of various Software Projects- Leverage appropriate program management methodology to deliver results.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on goals and successful product launch.
- Perform needs analysis using available data and work with Product Management team to make sure a strategic vision is in place to solve problems.
- Establish processes, tools, and tracking or reporting mechanisms to streamline launch preparations and readiness.
- Set up the right reporting mechanism to provide input to the various Business Reviews- Work closely with Software TPM and Product Managers to ensure alignment on the priority and deliverablesYou will anticipate bottlenecks, escalate effectively, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
The ability to break large complex initiatives down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver them in a successful and timely manner is essential to this role.
The ideal candidate will have a product/proect management background in the Software industry, excellent verbal and written communication, and superb project management skills.
They will have a well-rounded high level technical background as well as a history of leading large software projects end-to-end.
They will own team efforts to coordinate and unify road maps and technical direction across multiple complex systems.
They will also identify opportunities to converge overlapping technical efforts, and drive the long term strategy.
Maturity, high level judgment, negotiation skills, analytical talent, leadership, and the ability to influence a fun and highly motivated team are key to success.
Role available in Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA or alternate corporate offices.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
