Principal, HR Business Partner - Government & Regulatory, Project Kuiper

Amazon is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to support the government and regulatory teams within Project Kuiper - an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with our biggest leaders to build an organization that scales for one of Amazon's most ambitious new initiatives.
The Principal HRBP in this role will work closely with VPs and Directors in our fast-growing government organization of Kuiper and partner to design and deliver talent solutions to business problems while advising executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.
This client group is diverse, containing tech/non-tech, cleared and regulatory professionals.
To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work.
You'll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve speed of execution, employee engagement, and talent development.
As the leader responsible for key HR functions, you will drive how we adapt our processes and philosophies to enable Kuiper to attract, grow, and retain talent in our technical focused hardware function.
You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and structure, culture, diversity and inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
