Acquisitions Design Manager

Acquisitions Design ManagerFairfield is searching for a talented Acquisitions Design Manager with a mix of creative and project management skills.
Design Manager will review third party interior design drawings and signage packages, selection and research of unit finishes, and all design related activities on new and existing acquisitions in the United States.
This also includes the design and procurement of pool furniture, fitness equipment, selections, and procurement for capital improvement projects at existing acquisitions and with exterior color selections and computer renderings.
The ideal candidate will have multi-family design experience on unit finishes, clubhouse / leasing center design, model units, exterior building colorization, and outdoor living spaces.
Proficiency in concept development, selection and specifications of furniture and finishes is required and knowledge of building and accessibility regulations is recommended.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Photoshop are strongly preferred.
Education/Certificates:
BA/BS Undergraduate
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an institutionally owned multifamily asset management, value-add/redevelopment, and/or an acquisitions capacity is required.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity .
Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds.
This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
